Frank Jackson has a wealth of experience in hard and soft rock mining, mine waste recovery in Africa and Europe, together with deep corporate finance experience in this sector as GM of FMB Merchant Bank.

He developed gold and tantalite resources under his own prospecting and mining licenses, and working with Rio Tinto he was a part of the team developing copper and nickel resources and cathode refineries. Working with Anglo American, he was a part of the team developing large scale open cast mining resources and financing facilities.

Latterly, Frank has been a founder and a leading member of the team developing a highly successful carbon capture unicorn, Cool Planet Technologies Ltd.

Erick has over 13 years' experience in executive positions in South American mining and construction, industries which are key to the development of Guardian Metals current and future projects in South America and elsewhere.

Eric was previously Founder and CEO of a mining group specialized in mining & processing Copper and Gold in several  locations of Peru.

Erick is a Bachelor of Laws and holds an MBA.
