It will be seen in that Notice that the company is putting two resolutions to the General Meeting, the first proposing a change of name of the company to Halo Minerals PLC, and the second, proposing to adopt new Articles of Association (Articles).
The existing Articles are shown below marked Existing Articles. These are followed by a copy of the “Proposed New Articles to be put to the GM 6 Jan 2026” which are shown bearing the proposed new name of the company. The third and final document is marked “Comparison of the Proposed and the Existing articles”. The replaced text is shown in red with a line through it, and the new text is shown in blue.
